- You will mentor teams, improve delivery processes, and foster a continuous improvement mindset across the organization.
Vəzifə öhdəlikləri
- Adapt improvements to delivery processes based on learnings, new practices/tools, and methodologies;
- Lead and support Agile ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement, etc.);
- Coach the team on Agile best practices and help them mature in their Agile journey;
- Encourage a mindset of experimentation on Agile squads;
- Facilitate the team’s work using Agile practices to execute with speed and quality through a focus on delivery flow;
- Balance demand with team capacity to maximize delivery efficiency and effectiveness;
- Analyze and interpret process metrics to make informed decisions and improve processes;
- Effectively resolve conflicts, find compromises, and support positive relationships with product teams/value streams;
- Manage quarterly program board, value/cost calculations, and development process efficiency (cycle time) efforts;
- Be accountable for the effective, cross-functional delivery of products using agile/lean techniques;
- Act as a bridge between the team and external stakeholders when needed.

- Knowledge in a variety of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe;
- Experience in backlog prioritization, user story mapping, process metrics, and SMART Goals creation;
- Solid understanding of SDLC and development process efficiency (Cycle Time) management;
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Miro, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Power BI;

- Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field;
- 3-4 years of professional experience in a relevant role;
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Agilist, PMI-ACP, PMP, or other relevant Agile and project management certifications are a plus.
