Badamdar Hotel and Residences is looking for a Chief Engineer to lead engineering team. The main

- will be as mentioned below: Ensure proper organization and management of Engineering department;
- Prepare and approve the annual technical activity plan;
- Monitor the preparation of work schedules in accordance with the workload and priorities of the technical department;
- Prepare appropriate specifications for all works involving external contractors or consultants Control the implementation of preventive maintenance of equipment and devices in guest rooms as well as in technical area;
- Lead the implementation of an effective problem reporting system, along with other daily general maintenance and repair work;
- Manage annual CAPEX and OPEX budgets to ensure effective management of the technical department;
- Prepare purchase requisitions in co-operation with procurement department;
- Successful candidate should have: Bachelor/master’s degree in engineering and/or related field;
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in managerial role (hospitality background will be advantage);
- Excellent knowledge of hotel heating/ventilation as well as security systems;
- Strong leadership
