- Education: Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Years of Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in environmental and social management, preferably within industrial, mining, or large infrastructure projects;
- Experience in ESIA implementation, ESMP/ESAP follow-up, or similar international project
