We are expanding our operations and are looking for a reliable and well-organized female professional to manage front office and administrative functions. Conditions: Location: Baku Working Schedule: 5 days a week Working Hours: 08:30 – 17:30

- Ensure the transportation of import, export, and transit cargoes, including thorough research of freight rates and terminals usage conditions;
- Obtain accurate cargo information from clients and suppliers, collect and verify the accompanying documentation for orders, and maintain proper archiving of documents;
- Facilitate contracts for transportation, forwarding, and other related services;
- Prepare regular reports on shipments;
- Regularly improve geographical and other relevant knowledge to compare tariffs of various routes.
- Qualification
Tələblər
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in the field of logistics;
- Higher education;
- Knowledge of container transportation is an advantage;
- Analytical and logical thinking

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.);
- Fluent in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English;
