- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements (service agreements, consultancy agreements, NDAs, shareholder agreements, franchise agreements, framework agreements, PPPs, etc.).
- Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, investment, land, construction, and regulatory matters.
- Support healthcare licensing and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare and review corporate documentation, legal opinions, governance materials, and regulatory analyses.
- Participate in investment transactions, due diligence, and corporate structuring projects.
- Coordinate with government authorities, external legal advisors, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor legislative developments and assess their impact on business operations.
Tələblər
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.).
- LL.M. from an internationally recognized foreign university is an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant legal experience in a reputable law firm or corporate environment.
- Excellent legal drafting and contract negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian (written and spoken).
