Vəzifə öhdəlikləri
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints and grievances, ensuring proper registration in the relevant software;
- Sending inquiries to internal departments to resolve appeals and tracking the process;
- Investigating and timely responding to inquiries from the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan and other state bodies;
- Analyzing the root causes of issues based on incoming appeals and taking measures to prevent their recurrence;
- Proposing and participating in the implementation of process improvements to increase customer satisfaction;
- Organizing the reception of customers at the head office and ensuring the prompt resolution of their appeals;
- Participating in the preparation of departmental reports and executing tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
