Coordinate and monitor shipping, transportation, and customs clearance activities for project and operational materials Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods to project sites and operational locations Prepare and manage import, export, and transit documentation in compliance with customs regulations Track shipments and proactively resolve logistics issues to prevent delays Liaise with vendors, freight forwarders, customs agents, and internal stakeholders Support transportation planning, budgeting, and contract management activities Maintain accurate shipment records and ensure timely SAP updates Monitor vendor performance and contribute to continuous supply chain improvement initiatives

Higher education degree Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Shipping, Logistics, Customs, Procurement, or Supply Chain roles Experience within Oil & Gas, Energy, Construction, or Industrial projects is highly preferred Strong understanding of import/export procedures and customs regulations SAP knowledge is an advantage Proficiency in MS Office applications Excellent negotiation, coordination, and communication
