Vəzifə öhdəlikləri
- will span from accepting and processing cases in the system to negotiating with liable parties, ensuring claim settlements, and, when necessary, preparing cases for legal action.
- You will directly contribute to the company's financial recovery process and work in close collaboration with relevant internal departments.
Vəzifə öhdəlikləri
- Accept and process subrogation cases into the existing system;
- Prepare and send notification letters regarding subrogation claims to responsible parties;
- Negotiate with liable parties to ensure the settlement of subrogation claims;
- Prepare subrogation claim cases for court proceedings;
- Provide information on subrogation payments upon written request from the Accounting Department;
- Transfer necessary information obtained during the performance of duties to the relevant structural units;
- Fulfill other tasks assigned by the department head and direct supervisor.

- Knowledge of insurance and civil legislation;
- Knowledge of traffic regulations and the technical mechanics of automobiles;
- Knowledge of labor legislation is desirable;
- Strong communication and client management

- Fluent in Azerbaijani, good command of Russian, knowledge of English is considered as an advantage.
- Education and Experience Higher education (a degree in Law is desirable);
- 1 year of work experience in a relevant field;
- Certificates in the insurance field are desirable.
