Requirements
- Biznes idarəçiliyi, əməliyyatlar, menecment və ya əlaqəli sahə üzrə bakalavr dərəcəsi;
- BPM, proses təkmilləşdirmə və ya əməliyyat mükəmməlliyi sahəsində 3–5 il iş təcrübəsi, biznes proseslərinin və ya layihələrin idarə olunması və təkmilləşdirilməsində iştirak;
- Maliyyə xidmətləri və ya sığorta sahəsində təcrübə üstünlükdür;
- BPM alətləri, proses modelləşdirmə və proses mining alətləri ilə tanışlıq;
- BPM sertifikatları (CBPP, Lean, Six Sigma) üstünlükdür;
- Azərbaycan və ingilis dillərini sərbəst bilmək (rus dili üstünlükdür).

Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the BPM framework, ensuring adherence to governance structures, roles, and RACI;
- Contribute to maintaining process architecture and promote BPM best practices across the organization;
- Identify, map, and document business processes using BPMN 2.0, facilitating discovery sessions to capture accurate process flows;
- Develop As-Is process models with clear identification of inputs, outputs, roles, and dependencies;
- Analyze processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities using Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven methods;
- Design optimized To-Be processes that enhance cost efficiency, speed, quality, and customer experience;
- Define and track process KPIs with stakeholders, monitoring performance and identifying improvement areas.;
- Prepare reports and dashboards to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives;
- Support the implementation of redesigned processes in collaboration with business and IT, ensuring smooth transition from As-Is to To-Be;
- Contribute to change management, communication, training, and identification of automation opportunities;
- Collaborate with process owners, business units, and technology teams to ensure alignment on process improvements;

- Key
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Management, or related field;
- 3–5 years of experience in BPM, process improvement, or operational excellence, with involvement in managing and improving business processes or projects;
- Experience in financial services or insurance is an advantage;
- Familiarity with BPM tools, process modeling software, and process mining tools;
- BPM certifications (CBPP, Lean, Six Sigma) are a plus;
- Proficiency in Azerbaijani and English (Russian is an advantage).
