InterContinental Baku Hotel and Indigo Baku are looking for a passionate and experienced Cluster Sous Chef to join our culinary team. In this role, you will support the Executive Chef in leading the day-to-day kitchen operations across both hotels, ensuring exceptional food quality, efficient kitchen performance, and an outstanding dining experience for our guests. You will play a key role in developing the team, maintaining brand standards, managing food costs, and driving operational excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of professional brand hotel culinary experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role Strong knowledge of international cuisine and modern kitchen operations Experience in team management, training, scheduling, and performance development Understanding of food cost control, budgeting, inventory, and kitchen reporting Culinary degree or professional certification Good command of English (Russian is an advantage) At IHG, you'll have the opportunity to grow your career within one of the world's leading hospitality companies while working in a dynamic, international environment alongside passionate professionals.
