Job Descriptions: Manage hotel contracts, rates, allotments, and special offers. Maintain and update hotel information in the online reservation system. Monitor reservations and ensure smooth booking operations. Communicate with hotels and other suppliers regarding rates, availability, and booking requests. Negotiate competitive rates and conditions with partners. Handle inquiries from B2B partners and provide timely support. Monitor market trends and competitor rates. Ensure the accuracy of rates, availability, and content in the system.
Requirements
- Experience in tourism, hospitality, contracting, or reservations.
- Fluent in English and Russian (written and spoken).
- Good communication and negotiation
