Collaborate with employee recruitment, selection, and hiring processes. Organize orientation and onboarding programs for new employees. Prepare work schedules for varying working hours and seasonal work requirements. Ensure compliance with internal employment policies and labor legislation. Assist with employee performance evaluation and career development programs. Take initiatives to improve company culture and employee satisfaction. Resolve labor disputes and grievances. Organize employee training and development programs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information and personnel files. Implement initiatives to strengthen collaboration and team spirit within the company.
Requirements
- Knowledge of local labor legislation and HR best practices. Experience in recruitment and selection of employees at various levels. Communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) like EMAS and ISB portal Proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications. Advanced knowledge in MS Excel Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. 3-5 years of general or specialized HR experience. Experience working across different cultures and in a multilingual environment. Ability to analyze data and prepare reports. Ability to work within an established budget.
