- Support the implementation and dissemination of Lean methodology across the organization, ensuring execution in accordance with standards set by the Lean Agile Office Participate in the analysis of key processes and value streams using Value Stream Mapping (VSM), identifying points of waste Engage in process simplification and optimization initiatives based on Lean tools (Kaizen, 5S, Visual Management) Contribute to the execution of Continuous Improvement initiatives and support the adoption of this approach among teams Support teams in adhering to established process discipline and participate in Lean compliance audits Assist in monitoring and analyzing Lead Time, Cycle Time, and Flow Efficiency indicators to enhance operational effectiveness Knowledge and
