Senior Investment Analyst
Key Accountabilities: Assist Investment Manager in analyzing and implementing new investments, acquisitions, and property disposals. Develop multi-scenario feasibility and valuation studies based on financial and technical information and alternative financing mechanisms. Support in carrying out due diligence and underwriting of potential new M&A and investments projects. Prepare investment reports for Committees and senior leadership and participate in necessary meetings. Participate in and contribute to project control groups for development and other related tasks.
