Cluster CFO – Projects / Uzbekistan (Tashkent)

We are looking for an experienced Cluster CFO – Projects to join a leading international organization in the energy and infrastructure sector based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan . This is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the finance function across multiple large-scale projects and supporting executive decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across multiple projects.
- Oversee project finance, treasury, funding, and lender relationships.
- Manage statutory reporting, tax compliance, internal controls, and corporate governance.
- Support construction and operations teams with commercial and financial leadership.
- Build and maintain relationships with shareholders, banks, regulators, EPC contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Lead and develop high-performing finance teams while driving continuous process improvements.
Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or MBA in Finance .
- 15+ years of finance experience within multinational organizations.
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role .
- Strong expertise in project finance, financial modelling, budgeting, treasury, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and commercial acumen.
- Experience in the power, energy, infrastructure, or large industrial projects sector is highly preferred.
- Willingness to travel as required.
