- Salary: 600 AZN net.
- What You'll Do (and Learn) Help handle technical support requests from service technicians, installers, customers, and our sales team.
- Learn how to select the right products and prepare quotations, following orders from start to delivery.
- Support customers with post-sales technical assistance via phone and email.
- Keep clear, accurate records of calls and job service notes.
- Help provide technical information such as submittal drawings, wiring diagrams, and installation recommendations.
- Follow up on customer inquiries to help ensure jobs are completed and customers are satisfied.
- Take part in special projects and training along the way.
Requirements
- A university graduate with a BSc/MSc in engineering (Mechanical/Electrical preferred) — ideally from Baku Higher Oil School, Baku Engineering University, or an internationally recognized university.
- Second-year master's students are also welcome
Requirements
- in both speaking and writing, at a minimum B1 level.
- Certificates such as IELTS or TOEFL are a plus.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is a huge advantage.
- 0–3 years of experience — no prior experience required, as full training is provided.
- A genuine interest in customer service and problem-solving.
- Comfortable working with computers.
- Strong commitment, a serious work ethic, and the ability to manage several tasks at once.
