Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions, respond promptly to requests, and resolve any issues in a friendly, efficient manner ;
- Ensure swimmer safety: Monitor pool activity to prevent accidents, enforce pool rules, and promote safe swimming practices ;
- Respond to emergencies: Act quickly and effectively in line with the emergency action plan, providing rescue or first aid when necessary ;
- Maintain a clean and safe environment: Conduct regular inspections and perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the SPA area ;
- Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing ;
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining Hilton brand standards ;
- Assist guests with their requests and resolve concerns promptly and professionally ;
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.

- Fluency in spoken and written English, Russian, and Azerbaijani.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations while handling guest concerns with tact and diplomacy.
