An exciting opportunity has opened for a Crew Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Baku. We are seeking a professional with maritime recruitment experience to manage the crewing of our tanker fleet!

- Source and recruit qualified seafarers with tanker experience Verify STCW certifications and ensure compliance with international maritime regulations.
- Coordinate effectively with our Crewing and Operations teams to ensure timely and effective crew change planning and execution.
- Maintain and update the crew database with accurate candidate profiles and interview outcomes.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pool of qualified maritime professionals to ensure vessel readiness.

- 2+ years of experience in crewing or maritime recruitment.
- Knowledge of maritime regulations and tanker industry standards.
