Marine Assistant
We’re hiring: Marine Assistant Safina Shipmanagement LLC is looking for a Marine Assistant with hands-on experience in maritime operations and vetting processes to join our growing team. If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in an international shipping environment – this role is for you. What you’ll do: Prepare and maintain Q88, HVPQ, Operator Matrix, and vetting-related questionnaires Coordinate and book SIRE 2.0 inspections Prepare planners and track related marine documentation Assist Marine Superintendents with PSC, FSI, and related inspections Liaise with flag states, classification societies, and external stakeholders Support Marine Operations & HSSEQ-related tasks as required What we’re looking for: University degree in any field Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role Experience with vetting documentation and inspection processes Strong MS Office
