- Lead and coordinate the offshore mechanical maintenance team onboard the vessel Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of mechanical equipment and assets Plan and supervise routine and non-routine maintenance and repair activities Coordinate deck mechanics and monitor work quality, productivity, and schedules Ensure compliance with Permit to Work (PTW), isolation procedures, JSA, Toolbox Talks, and HSE

Требования
