We are looking for an experienced Offshore Mechanic Foreman to join a major offshore construction project and lead mechanical maintenance activities onboard an offshore construction vessel.

- Lead and coordinate the offshore mechanical maintenance team onboard the vessel Ensure continuous and reliable operation of mechanical equipment through planned and corrective maintenance Supervise deck mechanics and monitor work quality, productivity, and execution schedules Manage equipment repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities in compliance with HSE and quality standards Ensure compliance with Permit to Work (PTW), isolation procedures, Toolbox Talks, and JSA

- Monitor equipment performance and implement strategies to improve reliability and asset availability Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance records Investigate equipment malfunctions and coordinate corrective actions Promote a strong safety culture and maintain a clean and organized working environment
Требования
- Technical education in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role onboard offshore construction vessels within the Oil & Gas industry Strong background in mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of offshore equipment Experience leading maintenance teams in offshore environments Good knowledge of maintenance planning, asset reliability, and HSE
