- Technical degree 3–5 years of relevant experience on offshore construction vessels or within the Oil & Gas industry Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations Ability to read plumbing layout drawings Understanding of Permit to Work systems and safety procedures Good English and fluent Azerbaijani
