QA/QC Engineer
Description Supervise all fit-out and civil works activities to ensure compliance with specifications and standards Conduct regular quality inspections and audits of site works and materials Review and approve method statements, inspection test plans (ITPs), and material submittals Identify non-conformities and follow up on corrective and preventive actions Prepare and maintain detailed QA/QC records: inspection reports, logs, NCRs, and checklists Ensure project quality plans and procedures are implemented on-site Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and contractors to meet quality objectives Report to the QA/QC Manager on all quality-related issues and updates Provide technical support and guidance to ensure proper execution of high-end fit-out works Support handover documentation, snagging, and final inspections for project closeout Required knowledge and

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline Specific areas of expertise: QA/QC for fit-out in high-end buildings (residential, offices, hotels), material inspections, quality standards Work experience: At least 3-5 years of QA/QC experience, preferably in high-end fit-out projects Language and computer programs knowledge (Microsoft Office): MS Office, AutoCAD, QA/QC documentation tools Fluency in Azerbaijani, good command of English;
