- Monitor and control project costs for offshore upstream operations in line with approved budgets and AFEs (Authorizations for Expenditure).
- Prepare accurate and timely cost reports, variance analyses, and cost forecasts for project management and senior leadership review.

- Collaborate with project engineers, procurement, and finance teams to track commitments, actuals, and accruals.
- Support the preparation of annual budgets and periodic budget revisions for upstream projects.
- Identify cost trends, risks, and opportunities;
- escalate issues to the team and relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Assist in the preparation of project cost management plans and contribute to lessons-learned documentation.

- Education Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- A professional qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, PMI-SP) is an advantage.
- Experience 4–6 years of hands-on cost control experience within the upstream oil and gas industry.
- Prior experience at an operator company is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with cost management and cost control.
- Familiarity with Joint Venture (JV) reporting, Production Sharing Agreement (PSA) environments, and AFE management is a significant advantage.
