About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Design Manager to lead the complete design lifecycle of large-scale residential, commercial, office, and mixed-use developments. The successful candidate will manage multidisciplinary design teams while ensuring design excellence, commercial viability, and project constructability. - Lead projects from concept through construction.
- Manage architects, consultants, and multidisciplinary design teams.
- Ensure alignment between design, budget, schedule, and business objectives.
- Review and approve design documentation.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support value engineering and cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Drive innovation and sustainable design solutions.
Требования
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- 15+ years of architectural design experience.
- At least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Experience with 100,000+ m² real estate developments.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management
