Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Subsea Pre-Commissioning Engineer to support offshore pipeline projects by planning, coordinating, and supervising hydrotesting and pre-commissioning activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for engineering documentation, technical coordination, subcontractor management, and ensuring safe and efficient project execution.

- Prepare technical documentation, procedures, and methodologies for hydrotesting and pre-commissioning activities.
- Develop operational schedules in coordination with project teams.
- Perform engineering calculations and select materials, consumables, and equipment.
- Support the design and fabrication of temporary equipment required for operations.
- Evaluate subcontractor technical proposals and participate in contractor selection.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
- Supervise onshore and offshore hydrotesting and pre-commissioning activities.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, QA/QC, and project

Требования
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Petroleum, Chemical Engineering, or another Oil & Gas related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pipeline pre-commissioning.
- Experience with subsea pipeline flooding, cleaning, gauging, and hydrotesting.
- Offshore pre-commissioning experience.
- Experience with vessel-based spreads and subsea units.
- Knowledge of fluid handling interfaces (flanges, fittings, hot stabs).
- Familiarity with engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, QA/QC, and HSE
