- Ability to translate technical issues into clear actions and decisions Effective communication with technical, commercial, and government stakeholders Fluency in Azerbaijani and English is mandatory, knowledge of Russian is an advantage Willingness to travel as required Comfortable working in time-critical and high-responsibility environments Strong reporting and documentation
