Candidate’s main duty is to provide high level of service, by sellng company products and services. Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with knowledge of sales and customer service best practices. You should also be able to interpret sales metrics and be goal-oriented. - Work out requests and provide detailed information to clients Follow up the requests by building trust by the client Study the products, main market trends and customer needs Work based on company sales procedure Provide high level of service to win the customer and promote sales Run correspondence with clients while assisting in sales Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board Review pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience Suggest sales process improvements Participate in international events, exhibitions and FAM trips Deal with purchase orders, invoices and agreements to corporate clients

- Proven work experience as a Sales or service specialist Worked out communications
