How to Prepare for a Job Interview?
Preparing for an interview is half the battle. Those who go unprepared rarely succeed.
Research the company
Before going to the interview, learn everything about the company: what they do, how many employees they have, recent news. This will help you stand out during questions.
Prepare answers to common questions
"Tell me about yourself", "What are your strengths and weaknesses?", "Where do you see yourself in 5 years?" — have ready answers for these.
Use the STAR method
Situation, Task, Action, Result — story-based answers are more impactful.
Prepare questions
At the end of the interview, you'll have a chance to ask questions. Questions like "What is the team like?" or "How is success measured in this role?" show your interest.
Dress code and timing
Dress appropriately for the company's culture. Arrive 10–15 minutes early.
