Business Unit Head – Local Market Location: Baku, Azerbaijan About the Role Parla Pharmaceuticals is expanding its commercial organization and is looking for an experienced Business Unit Head – Local Market to lead our commercial operations in Azerbaijan.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Local Business Unit and drive business growth.
- Develop and execute commercial strategies.
- Manage Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Business Development, Tender, and Key Account teams.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, product launches, pricing, and commercial performance.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and identify new business opportunities.
- Lead and develop high-performing commercial teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
- Minimum 7 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, including 3–5 years in a senior commercial leadership role.
- Strong expertise in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Market Access, and Tender Management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking

- Biznesin İdarəedilməsi, Marketinq, Əczaçılıq, Tibb və ya uyğun sahə üzrə ali təhsil (MBA üstünlükdür).
- Əczaçılıq sahəsində minimum 7 il , o cümlədən rəhbər vəzifədə 3–5 il iş təcrübəsi.
- Satış, Marketinq, Biznesin İnkişafı, Market Access və Tender sahələrində güclü bilik və təcrübə.
