Investment Manager
Key Accountabilities: Assist Investment Director with identifying, analyzing, recommending, and implementing new investments, acquisitions, and property disposals. Manage development of multi-scenario feasibility and valuation studies based on financial and technical information and alternative financing mechanisms. Carry out due diligence and underwriting of potential new M&A and investments projects from ideation till closing and oversee external advisors (financial, commercial, tax, legal, technical etc.) to ensure thorough evaluation and efficient transaction execution. Ensure preparation of investment reports for Committees and senior leadership and participate in necessary meetings. Collaborate and lead project control groups for development and other related tasks. Ensure development and maintenance of financial models for residential properties for sales. - 2+ years of experience in leadership function and team management.
- Business fluency in Azerbaijani and English required, Russian is a plus.
