Key Responsibilities Support the implementation and continuous development of the BPU programme across all subsidiaries of the Group. Coordinate with Head Office departments to collect, document, and validate business process information. Maintain the process register, process maps, and ownership matrices. Maintain and monitor KRI data across all subsidiaries, including data collection, validation, and RAS status updates. Prepare KRI monitoring tables and dashboard presentations for management. Coordinate the periodic update of subsidiary risk registers and participate in RCSA assessments across the Group. Prepare risk management reports and presentations for the Board and the Risk Management Committee. Review ERM Policy and Risk Appetite Statement documents and recommend updates where required. Respond to data and documentation requests from subsidiaries related to risk management activities. Maintain and monitor the Group-wide audit findings register, ensuring entries are complete, accurate, and up to date. Follow up with subsidiary contacts and process owners regarding outstanding findings and upcoming deadlines. Liaise with internal auditors to obtain clarifications on audit findings and requirements. Support and promote the three-lines-of-defence model by guiding subsidiaries on their risk reporting responsibilities. Perform other risk management and business process-related responsibilities assigned by the supervising manager.
Requirements
- Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A professional qualification or certification in Risk Management or Internal Audit is considered an advantage. More than 5 years of experience in risk management, internal audit, business process management, or a related function. Exposure to agro-food, manufacturing, or holding company environments is an advantage. Good knowledge of enterprise risk management concepts (ERM, KRIs, risk registers, RCSA). Good understanding of business process documentation and process mapping methodologies. Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Power BI or other data visualization tools are considered an advantage. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work with structured data and reporting. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Azerbaijani – Fluent (written and spoken); English – Professional working proficiency; Russian – Advantageous.
