- Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar techniques Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and during late hours Positive attitude and professional appearance Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts
