Guest Relations Agent We are looking for a friendly, professional, and guest-focused Guest Relations Agent to join our team.

- Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay, ensuring a memorable guest experience.
- Build positive relationships with guests and respond to their requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Ensure VIP guests receive personalized service according to hotel standards.
- Coordinate with all hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Follow up on guest feedback and contribute to continuous service improvement.
- Ensure all guest interactions reflect the hotel's service excellence standards.

- Previous experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or a similar hospitality role is an advantage.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Excellent command of English and Russian (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office programs (OPERA PMS knowledge is an advantage).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving

- Guest Relations, Front Office və ya hotelçilik sahəsində oxşar vəzifədə iş təcrübəsi üstünlük hesab olunur.
- Hotelçilik sahəsində minimum 1 il iş təcrübəsinə üstünlük verilir.
- İngilis və rus dillərində sərbəst yazılı və şifahi ünsiyyət bacarığı mütləqdir.
- MS Office proqramları üzrə yaxşı biliklər (OPERA PMS biliyi üstünlükdür).
- Güclü ünsiyyət, qonaqyönümlü xidmət və problem həll etmə bacarıqları.
- Müsbət yanaşma, detallara diqqət və yüksək xidmət göstərmək həvəsi.
- İş şəraiti Həftədə 5 iş günü.
- Nahar şirkət tərəfindən təmin olunur.
- Əmək haqqı: 600-700 AZN NET.
