Guest Services Agent We are looking for a friendly, professional, and guest-oriented Guest Services Agent to join our team.

- Welcome guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay.
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures when required.
- Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain effective communication with guests and colleagues.
- Ensure all guest interactions reflect the hotel's service standards.

- Previous experience in Front Office or Guest Services is an advantage.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
- Russian language is desirable.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office programs (OPERA PMS knowledge is an advantage).

- Front Office və ya Guest Services sahəsində iş təcrübəsi üstünlük hesab olunur.
- Hotelçilik sahəsində minimum 1 il iş təcrübəsinə üstünlük verilir.
- İngilis dilini sərbəst bilmək mütləqdir.
- Rus dilini bilmək arzuolunandır.
- MS Office proqramları üzrə yaxşı biliklər (OPERA PMS biliyi üstünlükdür).
